I received this last week, took it to have it professionally installed for $95 and shop calls me, backlight on keyboard is defective on new keypad; what do I want to do? I had them complete the install, needed laptop back, now I either deal with a defective keyboard that doesn’t illuminate or buy another and pay another $95 installation. Was NOT the laptop, original one lit up, replacement was “cheap and defective”. Buyer Beware
