Figured a refurbished pack would come with the back plate, it didn't. One of the strap attachment points is pretty badly frayed and wasn't repaired. The repairs otherwise look good. I suppose I'll have to try to fix it myself, although I'm not exactly a tailor. I am a USMC vet and field repairs are nothing new. Shipping was prompt. No complaints on service. I'd give a chance and buy from you again. God bless.

I questioned the item received vs the ebay description; my inquiry was almost immediately answered and the issue clarified (I learned something about stainless steel). Overall a good buying experience. The only small nit-pick: item could have been packed a little better, a little brown paper around it to keep it from banging around in the box , or getting dented by rough handling from USPO, would have been nice. Will look at more of their stuff.
