You dont have to cut anything but you might have to drill new holes for the stock midgate mounting brackets. The rear seats fold back and lock into place for stock look and function. The speaker box arrived in new condition but the packaging was sub par. The packaging arrived slightly open with no protection. Unfortunately I havent loaded it yet so I cant give a performance review but overall good box for the price, good seller.
