    Item arrived in a timely manner. I did not receive the item that was shown in the listing. I received a buff cocker spaniel magnet when the photo showed a black and white cocker magnet. Buyer told me to return it at my expense for a refund. Sending back a $5 item is hardly worth the effort. Buyer could have been a lot more polite. Her response was very gruff. I've decided not to send it back. She didn't even bother to apologize. Poor customer service, for sure.
