    Received packaged securely & timely delivery, but they were actually a bit rusty and "sticky" ie. they did NOT open & close smoothly. Optimally this should have been clear on the description. I did not return/contact seller because it wasn't worth the shipping costs to return-luckily I was able to restore them - removing the rust with long vinegar soak & scrubbing/sanding them clean and smooth.
