And, like other reviewers, there was at least one bolt that absolutely did not line up and could not be used. Luckily it was not in a critical area. The only other negative is that there really should be some way to make the cushions stay in place, and the cushions could have been a bit thicker. Otherwise, this looks AWESOME by my pool, feels very sturdy, and I am very happy with my purchase. Note, the person in the ad pic must be a very teeny tiny person :-)

In the box was a customer service telephone number. Called and explained my problem. It was suggested that I send some pictures with a detailed description. I was sent an email and replied back. It took a couple of days and I received a reply with a solution. I was satisfied and accepted. The seller earned a + review for solving this quickly. Would use them again
