They created a label to make it look like it had shipped but never gave a package to Fedex. This was not evident until after December 15 passed. I had to write to the seller twice before being informed that they did not have the product I purchased in stock. My refund was posted today, 16 days after they charged my card. No way to run a business.

Once Ebay asked about the delivery and learned it had not arrived, is when accurate info for a delivery date came from USPS. I don't know where the glitch happened, so I'm going with a neutral experience. It would have appreciated if the seller would have answered my inquiry, verses Ebay.
