        I sold her a genuine and beautiful Sajen brand high quality pendant. She complained about the bale size and then left negative FB for the "appearance." I suspect that this is revenge feedback because I have an "all sales final" policy that she also complained about. This customer received a great product and price, well described, photographed and packaged and has no true complaint. Her negative FB percentage for sellers is 50% or 2 out of 4, as of today.
