The item came brand new in the original package with no cosmetic issues. Unfortunately, the item I received was not what was described in the item description. I got a “bantam” grip that I wasn’t looking to receive. I reached out to the seller asking if this was a mistake. They admitted it was, refunded my money, and let me keep the grip. The seller made the issue hassle free for a resolution.

The slightly lower price on eBay was not worth jumping through hoops for the seller, who could have easily done more to start with, but didn't.
