Ebay couldn't do anything because the tracking showed items as delivered however the seller promised to open a claim with FedEx. He/she completely cut off communication with me afterwards but I was able to keep track of the claim through communication with FedEx. FedEx granted the claim and refunded the money to seller after about 2 months but I never saw a dime and seller won't message me back. Nightmare
