In opening one of the boxes I accidently cut the top screen. I contacted them and explained what happened and was planning on buying a new one. They are going to send me a new one at no charge. The tools included are meh, recommend a drill with Allen bit for faster assembly, then snug by hand. Finish is nice, I'm doing myself, defs recommend a helping hand. I'm only a day into constructing but am glad the seller had and will continue to have my back. Thanks!
