Maybe ebay should take action, as it was not a good business practice. Original price was $9.99 USD. So I had to buy at full price.     Thank you for your purchase. I found that I had listed this item in error by adding the Accept Offers option. Because I had the item listed at such a low price I was not able to accept a lower offer then the listing price that is why I corrected the listing after realizing it was setup that way in error.
