    The seller doesn't indicate there are NO stamps included just a plastic case. Therefore, I refused delivery and now this seller changed the description. This is deceptive selling practices which is against the law. I want to be refunded since the package has been refused and sent back to the originator address. Please refund in full, the package is no longer in my possession but the seller. I'd like to leave negative stars, but that's not an option.
