They were courteous and informed me that the delivery driver that was picking up a package apparently had Covid. Took over two weeks for the package to arrive. It was packed pretty decently. Nothing “seemed” to have gotten damaged - package looked like it had been crushed. Hooked up the gear, it was missing one old school USB cable. Everything is hooked up correctly and the device does not function. Item was tested prior to shipping and if the box looked crushed as the buyer reported there is always the option to file a claim with Usps.
