    Item arrived without any issues. However, the glass bowl doesn't fit my Kitchen Aid since this is a special screw on basis bowl instead of a lock on base one. Seller needs to present in their write up when listing item for sale. Especially, when the Seller states no refunds and/or returns. Seller needs to know their products when selling an item(s). I am in the process of purchasing the correct glass bowl from a different seller who has it listed correctly.

    I’m so sorry the bowl doesn’t fit your mixer. I strive to be a 100% Positive Feedback Seller and I feel terrible if a buyer is unhappy with their purchase. However, in my listing I included a photo of the actual product which clearly shows it has a screw-on base, not a lock-on base.
