      Magnesium, the miracle!

      1st: Magnesium glycinate is easier on the stomach- so,that means it's absorbed better than magnesium oxide. Having the 125 mgm dose means I'm able to split my 250 mgm dose into twice a day-- this means no loose bowels. It's a Great product-- this supplement has helped me tremendously. After taking it for approximately 7-10 days my energy was back.Two yrs ago when we first moved to Arizona, had to vacuum on one day & then mop on the next day-- I'm now able to do BOTH on the same day!! ( I'm 78 yrs old with all of the "old lady" aches & pains you hear the elderly talk about) I have felt so much better since my medical provider added the Magnesium supplement.
