Carefully filed the tabs until it would just fit, but still very snug, and it skipped (slid) right over the thumb tabs...making it not useful for those. After modifying with a file, it also fit over OEM (factory) magazines and works well with them since they have better tabs. It is well made, and if you are planning to use with OEM magazines it will work after being filed "fit".
