They said they shipped it and it was delivered, while acknowledging they could be wrong about the address. They WERE wrong, and I don't know how they didn't know that. Never responded back to me, never shipped the item, submitted bogus shipping info to Ebay to make it seem like it had been shipped. Had to request a refund through Ebay.
