The grind is very even and love the coarseness control dial - 6 clicks back from the finest is a great setting for a pour over brew. The material seems very high quality and is aesthetically pleasing. It’s also easy to use. The product seems new and came in what seems to be original packaging. It was smaller than I expected based on listing images. A full barrel of whole bean ~= 3.5tbsp ground coffee for me.

The shipping (to travel approximately 40 miles) took 7 days. I could have driven the 40 miles (80 miles round trip) in about 2 hours. Poor customer service.
