    This order was placed, payment was noted to my account, and eBay confirmation was sent on 12/27/23, with an estimated delivery of Sat, Dec 30 - Fri, Jan 05. On 01/10/24 I sent a message to the seller stating the tracking information showing that the item had not even been shipped yet and to refund my $224.68 back to my account. As of this writing, 01/16/2024, I have yet to receive a return reply, the product, or the refund. Any and all help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
