    Great Straight Razor!!!!

    I now have enough time/experience with this blade to give it a review. Well, I could use a bit more experience. Bottom line, I thought it could be a bit sharper in terms of "shave ready". HOWEVER, my face is hard to shave with my barbed wire hair, I am learning. So for most folks it will be more than shave ready. As straight razors go, it is excellent!!! I am still learning how to use it but every time I pick it up shaving gets a bit smoother/easier to do and am almost down to zero nicks during the process. :-). Aesthetically, this razor looks great. So it just adds to the experience. Functionally, I am sure it also performs great. I am still striving for greatness but improvements will need to come from me as the razor is just fine. :-) Bottom line, I recommend this razor for use. ...

    Excellent shave

    I have had many good quality straight razors, but this is my first DOVO and is one of the best I have ever used. Nice clean close shave like I want. The German Soligen makes a big difference.
