    I purchased two of the Angus pulls, and unfortunately, the quality did not meet expectations. The description states they can be wiped with a wet cloth, but doing so caused the image to lift and pull away from the knob. I reached out privately to address the issue, but the response I received was rude and condescending. Disappointed in the product and the lack of respectful customer service.
