My 380 lcp fits it well, a little big for the "fit" / strap, but snug and definitely fits. I can't imagine going much bigger with your concealed. I am a stage 4 cancer fighter so unfortunately I have some physical body changes from being in a wheelchair and my treatments, so my ankles are often very swollen and it fit around my ankle well, with plenty of room to spare. I am confident it would fit bodies of all sizes.

Definitely not top of the line but it’s something cheap and easy to use. If you don’t care about cheap, this works great. I use it when riding my motorcycle and it does just fine under my jeans.
