    Black vinegar is a new ingredient for me and I bought some that had been aged more than three years. Just like with Balsamic vinegar the price increases with the aging. This is very good and I will enjoy it in many meals but I also will save the older stuff for Kung Pao chicken. A great item to have in your pantry. It was very securely packed!

    Top quality vinegar and excellent price

    Soeos Chinkiang vinegar really is a great addition to many dishes I cook. Three years fermented makes a difference since I've tried other vinegars. The quality is excellent and the value is great.
