Per assembly instructions, I did a parts inventory and discovered that part E (×2) was absent altogether. Fortunately, True Value is nearby and provided a substitution for the missing pair. The kit includes two extension rods labeled B. Closer inspection revealed that neither matches the manifest (M-F ×2). Instead one is M-M, and the other is F-F; wasn't too hard to figure out how to make it work. Poor QC.

The seller shipped fast and it arrived in 5 days (with a weekend in between) by Fedex. It was well packaged. Easy to install. Height is adjustable and it auto adjusts to the direction of wind. It is beautiful and very sturdy. By now it has withstood a month of exposure to high winds in an open space. It is slow to start spinning in low winds. Highly recommend the wind spinner and the seller
