I have not received a reply. Trying to find someone to have UPS collect the package and deliver it to the correct address, but the seller refuses to reply to me. The service is horrible!!

When seller was contacted regarding this error, the response seemed to be an automated reply. Basically saying you got what you ordered just in a different color. Dissatisfied and disappointed.
