    Shipped poorly, came with three broken pieces and it would not function, company tried to do a return outside eBay over the phone. Once they received the return then try to give partial refund because I shipped it back poor. I shipped it in two new heavy duty boxes with thick base and it was dry when they received it. I got it looking like it to a dip in a lake and a truck ran over it, it did have plenty of packing peanuts . I see why their rating is so low.

    HP LaserJet P3015 Printer = Refurbished

    This is my second P3015 printer, the first being used, and this one being refurbished. Print speed is unbelievable, so fast, great quality print, and toner cartridges seem to last. I have always used HP printers in my tax preparation business, and they hold up very well. The only con I have on the P3015 is the print noise, but that may be due to the high speed it prints, but both printers I have are very noisy compared to my old HP 4000 series printers. This particular printer is well worth the $95 I paid which included shipping costs.

    Excellent value

    Excellent value for our home office. Both reliable, prints quickly and economical to operate. However it did not come with power cord, as described. I needed to purchase a new toner cartridge, as the one shipped was empty. Overall - Easy to setup with our small office home network.
