Overall I am quite pleased with it. If you have the space laying out all the pieces prior to assembly helps. Definitely a two man job when attaching the top roof and corner supports, other than that one man can do the rest. Pictures don't show curtains and screens attached

Found out on my own. The missing package made it to within 35 miles of my house then ended up in Oregon half way across the country. It then went to Utah, then Nebraska and finally to Kansas City, Mo. Got it yesterday 10 days after it was mailed but is finally here. Have rain for the next week so I will not be able to check boxes yet. Great price, nice looking! Gutters also!!!
