    The "New" condition was definitely exagerated as it had visible evidence of being previously installed (more than storage wear/tear) but it was a recent build and functioned just fine after arriving packaged very well. The seller also had excellent communication in advance about the timing to shipment and detailed version of what was coming so I'm happy and would purchase from them again.

    we are sorry you feel this way, it was definitely worn as the pictures showed and we said in the description but it was never used, we always check the shaft and there was no evidence of a set screw ever touching it, they will mark the shaft with only one lite tightening of the screw. Along with no evidence of dust, and our source, we are sure this was never used.
