With this being a refurbished item I was very surprised to see as this should’ve already been fixed. I was able to create an RMA and send the defective unit back. Which they then sent me another refurbished unit. This whole situation added an extra 2 weeks to getting my 3 monitors. That part was disappointing but the product and seller was good.
