      The clasp on the necklace is not working I was told to use the little side snaps to hold the necklace which I did it. It hung ill fitting then that itself loosened and fell off thank God it fell down my shirt. This necklace fell off my neck twice I informed the seller and they granted me permission to return the necklacebut now they’re not sending me an address of where to return this merchandise for a necklace that’s subpar also no shine no

      The seller is scammer. When I purchased it says it coming from Texas. But it's from India. Seller kept making excuses saying it's getting certified. I waited for almost a month but i got scammed and received different and fake item. I bough the serpenti necklace but she send me a earrings instead which is alot cheaper than what i payed for. Seller even edited my invoice and made it cheaper. Beware of this seller. I'm messaging sellet for refund but won't respond. Please be careful.
