A few pieces were missing thanks to Fed Ex damage to one box that came a day after the first two boxes.Received the replacement pieces from China within a week.Directions could use a little improvement.The roof panel plastic pieces pop off so I used a hot glue gun with a few drops.The very top dome piece has two rivets which leaked on mine so a few dabs of silicone stopped that.All in all a great product.Ebay was a lot cheaper than the Domi site.

Found out on my own. The missing package made it to within 35 miles of my house then ended up in Oregon half way across the country. It then went to Utah, then Nebraska and finally to Kansas City, Mo. Got it yesterday 10 days after it was mailed but is finally here. Have rain for the next week so I will not be able to check boxes yet. Great price, nice looking! Gutters also!!!

In opening one of the boxes I accidently cut the top screen. I contacted them and explained what happened and was planning on buying a new one. They are going to send me a new one at no charge.
