When I reported this to the seller, they suggested that I dropped one when opening the packaging and disputed the shortage citing an unspecified DHL shipping weight. When I further informed them of the actual weight they then reported maybe the warehouse missed one and suggested a credit of $3.50. I accepted but as English is not their first language, I don't wish to communicate further with this seller.
