Item was fairly easy to put together and is quite solid & sturdy. Only 2 things that I didn't love were the lights, which aren't too bright, and the location of the unit's charging station. At the end of the day, these are just minor gripes that comes down only to personal preference. With that said, I would definitely recommend this item. Great seller!

In the box was a customer service telephone number. Called and explained my problem. It was suggested that I send some pictures with a detailed description. I was sent an email and replied back. It took a couple of days and I received a reply with a solution. I was satisfied and accepted. The seller earned a + review for solving this quickly. Would use them again
