However, the customer service was great and they partially refunded it for the damage. And when I tested it and it didn't work, they fully refunded it. I have bought another one from them as I am hopeful this was an issue with the item and not the seller.

    4 cores with low TDP = good stuff

    cheap and low TDP but 4 cores/8 threads per cpu: ideal for a low power server/NAS!
