Watch the YouTube video on installation first and they will tell you what tools are needed to to do the installation. You will absolutely need to have the YouTube video available when you’re doing the installation. Putting the new screen on requires some skill, especially when putting in the hinges. That being said, it was all pretty straightforward and worked perfectly right out of the box. Saved over $400 by doing it myself.

Picture I provided isn't good enough and they want video of my issue so they can understand and are holding back from issuing return and refund. Wasted more worth in time to loss in business for me and they should be the ones losing business for xtra cost to me.
