  Thank you to the most patient costumer that lives overseas from us! The tiny ring on the doll's hand came off somewhere in wrapping up the dolls, who knows, lol. We purchased another of the same doll so we could get a replacement ring sent to the customer to make it complete. It was worth not making any money off the doll in the end to be sure we made the customer happy. No clue still what happened to the tiny ring but maybe we'll find it under something some day! Hahaha.   The item arrived damaged, which was disappointing. The seller did offer a refund, the process was not smooth, and their response was impersonal. The packaging was poor, and it clearly wasn't sufficient to protect the item during shipping. Though the refund was appreciated, the overall experience was frustrating, and I felt that the seller showed little care. Due to this, I will not be doing business with this seller again in the future. "I feel this feedback is not as HARSH as this seller is"

  My other buyers should note that the buyer only purchased something from me and claimed this happened, because I had purchased something from HIM that was very poorly packaged, arrived broken, and the item was not as described. This, unfortunately, is retaliation for that because he got upset that I was unhappy with the item he sent to me. Very unfortunate someone had to stoop to this. We strive with each and every item that we sell to do the best by the buyers. :)
