    I am not 50 or close to it but I thought Id try this to help with bloating. I was taking a more expensive probiotic prior to this one and that was causing my bloating as it turns out. I have been taking this for almost 2 weeks now and I noticed a difference after a few days. I will stick with this brand from now on as I know it works and definitely helps with bloating.
