It was missing one bolt but I was able to find a suitable one in my shop. Assembly instructions lacked some critical details and seemed to be describing a similar concrete mixer but not the one that was sent. All in all, in went together well, taking about 2 hours start to finish and appears to be a suitably functional light-duty mixer.

The price was right and the item I'm sure was packaged correctly, however the shipping company looks like they threw it off of roof, I contacted seller through messages and they've offered me 10% returned due to the scratches and broken plastic housing. Great experience, minus the shipping carrier (come on FedEx, do better)!!!! They may right the shipper's mistake

Had small problem at start up, customer service responded quickly and resolved issue quickly. Simply a nut which likely loosened in transit, resolved with 1/8 of a turn with a wrench.
