Items were shipped separately so there were multiple deliveries to my address. Some of the radios were missing audio connectors. Some of the radios were faulty. I reached out to the supplier with pictures of the faulty radios but never got a response. I would not recommend this supplier. I've had way better experience with other suppliers.

Unfortunately, the seller's English communication skills leave a great deal to be desired. It took 22 emails to get things resolved. I felt like I was dealing with a very low grade Artificial Intelligence or a very cheap translation device. Were things resolved to my satisfaction ? No. I am sure that the seller is a fine person, but, they should stick to selling within their own language areas.
