The problem was with FedEx losing my panel and never updating the tracking information. I did ask for a refund which was promptly granted by the seller. So nothing against them at all. I can say though, I have ordered from this vendor before and they there was no problem at all. I totally blame FedEx on this one.

Seller was very responsive and requested photos to verify the defect I claimed. After I sent photos he provided a replacement at no charge which was also received in no time flat.
