Now here's the fun part, I contacted the seller, and they offered to refund only 30% of the purchase price -- we call that a ripoff. I told them I expected a full refund or a replacement, and they stopped responding, so I am kicking it up the chain of command. Hopefully eBay will help me deal with these crooks. Bottom line, don't purchase anything from alpinetopline!!
