Fans are fairly quiet but do vibrate a little. Both are only noticable when the engine is not running, so no big deal. The H11 bulbs could be a bit better for the low beams but that may be because our 2015 CR-V have projector type housings and they seem to block some light getting out. The 9005s are working great for the high beams!
