Some of the pieces do not come together tightly but it does not compromise the structure. I used a sealant to cover any gaps in order to keep out the wind and weather. Better as a warm season dog house.

I contacted the seller and they did reply with "we are trying to have them rush the shipment" but received no response after that. I was happy with the quality of my item, once I received it of course, but I do wish there were installation instructions and better mounting hardware.
