      I read the specs in the photos and found my sticks were a bit too long to stand up straight in this burner holder. So- I used kitchen shears to trim the wooden end to about 1/3 inch from the scent part-then it stood up correctly. But as the holder is so small, it let ashes fall onto my table. So- I placed the holder on a small cup saucer. Then the ashes fell onto the plate and I was no longer worried about a fire. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Very cute, and all in all was worth it.
