I put it together I had to use electrical tape to secure the mount on the seat post hitch. Before I did that it moved very easy, I fixed that problem. The instructions were poorly written, it said there was a plastic part on the inventory page, but it didn't say where it went, but I figured it out. Trying to put the wheels on was also a huge pain, because it included the hex wrench and a multifunctional wrench. Pliers were needed.
