They instead only had the queen. They offered a refund, but the point remains. They only had the queen Fidget Toy (which is likely the less popular) so they are promising one thing, then switching it. They may not even have the glowing ace. Make sure they do before there's another "glitch".

It didn't exactly match the item description, however -- though brand new, in perfect condition and fully functional, the original item was out of stock so a substitute with a different feature set was shipped instead. Their customer service was outstanding the whole time: prompt, professional and courteous.

When i received the item it was not the item that I purchased. Even the picture of the item that I purchased shows the specific ITEM and PRICE that I paid. The seller insists that the item sent is what I purchased and I disagree. Either the sellers web page is not set up correctly or the seller is running a BAIT AND SWITCH. I personally would not do any business with this person in the near future.
