The item was carelessly dropped from the FED EX truck at the top of my driveway almost in the road. There were several holes in the cardboard packaging box and the exterior of the box was saturated with an oil like substance that came from the part (power steering rack and pinion assembly). I have called FED EX to complain about how the package was mishandled and damaged but wanted you to know as soon as possible in the event it is damaged. Will be intouch!
