    Software is a little hard to understand and could be simplified. I like the camera and function but did find a better picture HD camera made by a competitor. Good customer support is provided by first alert.

    Video is good. It sound is poor and set up is unnecessarily difficult. Support is great though. Sometimes it doesn't work perfectly
