I like the ones with the "wings" a bit better, seem to stay in place better than just the grooved ones, however, that could be dependent on how much room you have when using. The tighter the ring fits; the better. One thing I did realize, if you need to size down smaller, you can "stack" a couple to take up more space. Also, now I know which sizes I need more of. :-)
